Cream-Line Milk (whole) (JH)


Our Cream-Line milk is pasteurized at a low temperature (145 degrees) and is non-homogenized. This means the cream still rises to the top--hence the name "Cream-Line". Cream Line milk is not raw, but because it is pasteurized at a lower temperature, it maintains more enzymes than ultra-pasteurized milk, and non-homogenization makes it more digestive-friendly!
