Our Ice Cream
We are kind of obsessed with ice cream! It has always been our family's dream to make it and now we are proud to offer you and your family a gourmet treat made right on our farm!
Our ice cream is made with pasteurized milk, cream, sugar and the right blend of stabilizers. From there, we add in a variety of ingredients to create flavors that we find delightful! We also try to add a fun twist to our flavors by naming many of them after farm and local Star Valley themes, such as InterMINTent Spring and Holstein Supreme!
Our ice cream is available at our farm store by the scoop, but we also offer selected flavors in containers for you to take home!
We also offer various rotating flavors of non-dairy sorbets.
